Ovarian cysts - can it be cancer?

Hi,

I'm under investigation for gastrointestinal issues (with elevated calprotectin - the inflammation marker in the bowel) but my last test which was an MRI showed 3 cysts.

One on each ovary (50mm and 36mm), plus another 17mm one described as "haemorrhagic signal cyst in relation to the right ovary which could represent an endometrioma".

I had a CA125 test in February which came back at 34. I tested positive 2 years ago for HPV but it cleared out as my last test was clean.

My question is can they determine from an MRI the nature of cysts? Is it 100% certain that there is no malignancy? I have ultrasounds booked in for in 6 weeks time but worry about the possibility of a cancer.. My sister had uterus cancer, my mum lungs cancer and my dad skin cancer - trying not to be paranoid but I see cancer everywhere around me!
