Hi everyone.

This thread of chat has been so helpful to me. I have suffered various health issues for the past 2 years. It started with suddenly the top of my spine and my shins became very painful. This was December last year. I then suffered severe dizzy spells and the top of my head burning and very painful, also some nausea. I had one instance of a very odd bowel movement (light color, greasy, and floating). I also suffered pains in my arms and legs. 

Had a full range of blood tests and all were normal. After many GP visits with symptoms progressively getting worse the GP said I had Fibromyalgia. I have been taking Amitriptyline for almost 3 months. I started sleeping better but my shins are still so painful. 

The past month or so have been experiencing low pelvis dull pain and stomach pain for a couple of weeks. My tummy/abdomen are also hurting along with back pain that was only worse when lying down. 

The GP examined my tummy and it was very painful and she said it was distended. Did a blood test and my CA125 was at 55. 2 years ago it was only 9.

I have been taking combined HRT for a year and wonder if this has anything to do with it. 

The past week I now have had really painful hips. I am finding it difficult to sleep because of the pain in my tummy. 

GP has referred me for a vaginal scan on a 2-week refferal. I am so worried that it will be cancer. I try to stay positive and think it could be many other things. However with all of the other symptoms I have suffered over the past 7 months, lymph swelling, burning sensation on the top of my head and so painful, dizziness etc I am now worried I have had cancer for some time and it is everywhere? 

Also I have had HPV for the past 2 years and now waiting on the results.

Has anyone else suffered with shin pain or anything similar? All of this might not be related but I am so worried as when I read this back it's difficult not to think the worst?
