Sorry to hear you're having trouble - I went through similar myself, suffered TERRIBLY with Mucositis post-chemo cycles (possibly the worst experience of my life and that's after being diagnosed)

all I can say is it is normal so don't panic. Your body has been through some very traumatic and invasive stuff lately. Your system has been dealt something very alien and is figuring out the best way to respond and get it out of your system.

my best advice is to power on through, that's all we can do. You've been through so much in this fight already. Your body has weathered the storm up until now so please bare with it and power through. I know it's hard but it is only TEMPORARY. Let your system do what it's gotta do to survive - youl be remembering this all over a glass of something pleasant before you know it!

Thank you so much for your reply, I really thought there was something wrong. I trying so hard but each day is a struggle and and m breaking down. I do this when hubby goes to bed as I don't want him to see me like this as he has done a fantastic job of looking after me .

How did you get through this nightmare

Very simple philosophy got me through -

'The Alternative to all this is death.'

Keep telling yourself that. As harsh and striking as it may sound, it is the truth. Without the sacrifice and the suffering you wouldn't have made it this far.

So very true, I need to find positivity and bad all negativity

It's natural and perfectly understandable to feel negative at times.. just remember the after effects of your treatment are there to make you better
