Panicking - waiting for lletz results

I had a lletz procedure done 2 weeks ago, I have not received my results yet but have received a letter from NHS saying I'm vulnerable for treatment because of health issues if I get Covid and I have received Covid tests

this is worrying me because I haven't had anything like this before

have my results shown something to trigger this and I haven't been told yet

I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting on LLETZ results at the moment and that you've now had a letter from the NHS regarding vulnerability and Covid. It's understandable that you're feeling worried and confused by things.
I'd suggest giving your GP surgery a call next week in the first instance. Hopefully they will have some guidance and be able to help find out exactly why you've received this letter and if it's connected to the results you're waiting for.
