I need advice please.

I have recently been told I have pre-cancerous cells, 2 days ago I took a pregnancy test this come back positive. I then took a clear blue test this come back negative but when I did another test this morning it come back positive.

 

Is it possible the pre-cancerous cells are causing me to have a false positive test result.. I'm so confused and don't know what to do or think.

    I'm sorry for the worry this situation is causing. I'm not sure if our members can really answer this question but I'm sure if anyone has been in a similar situation they will stop by when they can to share their experiences and advice.
