CA125 ovarian cancer fallopian tube mass with fluid

Hi all

i have em recently been in hospital and had an mri due to pelvic pain on the right side I have irregular periods and alot of pain I feel full when eating and can not finish a meal

they found a mass with fluid on my fallopian tube /ovary right side 

the mass is 5cm by 3.5 by 3

im really scared and have been in tears since I havent had a ca125 test yet and am waiting for another mri with contrast 

what do I do if it's cancer how am I going to cope ?

    I am so sorry you are going through this. I myself have stage 4 ovarian cancer. If you do have cancer you will be amazed at your strength. You will get through this by getting support from family and friends and your medical team. But most importantly from your inner self. I hope you are ok and be kind to yourself
