I guess I was just looking for a bit of advice on what to do. I have had a small (tic tac like size) hard lump above my right breast. I wouldn't say it's part of the breast tissue as it's quite high up but I'm not sure. It's been there for quite a while now ( over a year) but don't want to book a GP appointment due to it being so small. I feel like I'm worrying over nothing as the lump has not grown. However it can be painful to touch. When touching it- it feels like a rock almost? 
I'm not sure on what to do. Any advice?
