Hello. So recently I've been having epigastric pain that comes and goes. Some areas of my stomach have twinges now and then, but also feel after a bowel movement I still need to go but can't ans that there is something there, like a type of pressure. I was examined before Xmas, my Gp said I've no piles and wasn't too concerned. I also had an abdominal ultrasound that also came back clear. I am passing a lot of wind too. I am just worried as we have bowel cancer in the family. My Grandma passed away with it at 52. I am 30 years old and had my 2nd baby 18 months ago. Just wanting some reassurance. I have a GP appt on Monday, so worried.
