I was watching a film today and suddenly realised my left boob was hurting so I took my bra off because I thought it was maybe because my bra was too tight or something but then I noticed a large lump under the nipple and it's increased in pain the past few hours. But it only started a few hours ago and in the morning and midday it was perfectly fine and I didn't notice anything. I'm 15 and have had nothing like this happen before and I'm pretty scared and not sure what to do.
