It's reassuring that the doctor does not seem to be worried but it's good that they are being thorough and repeating the test next week. Fingers crossed it is all fine and nothing of concern is flagged. 

I hope that you will hear from other members of our community who have had similar levels of Calprotectin before and that they will be along soon to share their experience with you. 

I hope it all turns out to be fine and that your lower back pain and bowel issues improve.
