I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with some ongoing health concerns at the moment and that you've not had any news back following your most recent scan. 

We know that for many people this period of uncertainty whilst waiting for results and appointments can be really difficult. It's good to hear that you're taking a positive approach that no news is good news. I know that for many people this helps to make the waiting a little easier. 

I certainly don't think there's any harm in contacting the Consultant's secretary after the Easter break and asking about when you may get an update. Hopefully it won't be too long and at least you'll have a time frame to work too.
