I have a tiny mole at the top of my thigh that has been there for years. Over the last week or so I've had a weird sensation from the mole and surrounding skin, like not exactly painful or burning but an uncomfortable sensation. The mole has always been darker than my other moles but looking at it the last few days it seems to have gone quite dark but then I don't know if I'm just imagining that because of the sensation. 

I've been googling and there seems to be conflicting information. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
