Endometrial thickening and post menopausal bleeding

Hi, I'm 53, breast cancer survivor who was on tamoxifen for 5 years and has had two weeks of post menopausal bleeding.

Put on 2 WW and have my biopsy via hysteroscopy this coming Monday. 

can I ask what lining thickness you all had In malignant cases? 
mines 15.4mm. Over the threshold i know but imagine still quite thin compared to others?
