I was wondering if anyone experienced similar or the same thing as me and how everything was for you?

Since having my daughter 7 years ago I have leaked milk out of both nipples so I saw this as my "norm" however I kind of 'dried up' when I had my son 18 months ago which prevented me from breast feeding him. Anyway, over the past 4 weeks I have experience blood tinged discharge from my left boob only so I had it checked and had an ultrasound which showed nothing. The took a sample of the discharge but when I was told to squeeze my boob it looked like just clear liquid (thick water) and didn't seem to be bloody but I am still waiting for the cytology results. 
  
  Since this I feel like something new is happening each week. So I'm a very petite girl and have small breasts but two weeks after the bloody discharge i noticed my left boob was itching constantly and slightly warmer then the other. Now I have noticed what feels like hardened tissue on the side of my left boob and quite tender. 
 

I have my appointment for results tomorrow and I don't know if I'm just overthinking or if there's anything to it. I'm only 24 but cancer is a big part of my family and I have had a few family member get different cancers that they ended up dying from at my age.
