Swollen lymph nodes for months

Hi 4 months I noticed the lymph nodes in my throat both swelled up and are extremely painful they have still not gone down and I am in pain constantly every single day.I also have a lump in my armpit that is tender when I touch it and a constant stabbing pain under my left rib.I am also constantly tired and occasionally have cold sweats but i've never had a fever.Due to this I have been to hospital 6 time and the doctors 9 one being an ent they have all said the same thing that there is nothing they can do and it should go in a few week but it's been 4 months. They have done bloods,an ekg, chest x-ray(because my throat was so swollen I was struggling to breathe) and a swab which nothing came up on any of them.None of the painkillers they have given me have worked and because of the amount of pain I am in i've had to quit my job and had to take time off from college.I have another ent appointment as my doctor is concerned to of why i've been i'll for 4 months.I wanted to post this to see if anyone has any insight or advice as nothing helps with my pain.
