blood in stool

I put a post up about abnormal  transvaginal  ultrasound  and being sent for hysteroscopy  Dr said my womb lining g is too thick suspected  gynaecological  cancer so I'm worried  to death .I have noticed I have also had blood on the toilet paper after last bowel move8 I jave got up.in middle of night for toilet .I so have hemorrhoids  but didn't really strain to go is this a sign it iscancet

    Thank you for posting. I see from your post that you are worried about some symptoms you have. The best thing to do is to go and see your doctor about these problems. When you’re worried that you may have cancer, it can be tempting to look for answers on an online forum, but this can end up increasing anxiety rather than making you feel better. And the only person that can diagnose you is your doctor.
