Hi,

Back in Dec I had a fall which led me to having an xray on my shoulder. Since the xray I have had an MRI scan and was then referred for a biopsy on a lump on my shoulder that they didn't like the look of.

I was advised that results of biopsy can take around 2 weeks. Would I be right in assuming that 2 weeks for results to me or 2 weeks for consultant to get results then contact me?

I have been very anxious since having the biopsy and just want to know what's ahead of me! 

Has anyone else had a similar experience with a lump around size of a golf ball that's fairly hard to touch and causing pain, and been OK?
