Hi, anyone help, my son 10years old has had a reading 440, he has coeliac, and been suffering from Constipation. My husband and 1 are so worried that it might something serious. All his blood test results have come back normal apart from the calprotectin and the neutrophils were low. We're not getting help from Paediatric at the hospital. His still suffering from the Constipation, is it ok to give lactulose? To help ease the stool softness, his had no diagnosis yet?
