Positive fit Test , low on iron & having further tests

Good evening all,

hope your all well,

I am 29, I went to the doctors around 4 weeks ago because I have had extreme weight loss, and feeling tired all the time. I had my first set of blood tests around 4 weeks ago and they come back normal but my iron levels was low. The doctor asked to see me again and sent me for another set of bloods and a FITT test. The second set of bloods come back OK however the FITT sample come back postivie. During that consultation the GP checked my stomach for any lumps and also internally and there was no signs of piles or lumps which was good. He asked me to do another FITT test but it was called somthing eles to check for chrones or Collitis and that also come back positive. He refered me to a consultant and I am now waiting for my colonoscopy appointment.

2 weeks later I started to get stomach gramps but I think it was the iron tablets he put me on so I was worried and went to A&E where I had a CT scan. The CT can come back normal. I have had an appointment which my GP today where they want to do a colonoscopy and a endoscopy. I have got an appointment with the gastro consultant on Tuesday just for a telephone call then I will hopefully have my dates for both scans.  I asked my GP today and confirmed to him that is defo is not cancer because my CT can come back clear and he said CT scans can miss Tumours if there small or hidden? So it's got me worried again

The doctors have said it may be chrones or Colitis , but I'm just worrying.

Has anyone received a clear CT but at colonoscopy stage been told it's cancer?

Thanks
