Hi I was looking for some advice , 6 weeks ago I went to the GP with swollen lymph nodes under my armpit, she asked me to return in 6 weeks if they were still there. Three weeks later I found a lump in my breast which she confirmed and arranged an urgent referral to the Breast clinic. That was 2 weeks ago and today they confirmed that the consultant has reviewed my referral and confirmed I need to be seen as soon as possible but that there is currently a 7 week waiting list . I'm in Scotland which means there isn't the two week guidance unfortunately, I don't have insurance but could possibly pay for a private appointment, can anyone give me an idea of cost including biopsies to have this done .
