Hi, I went for a smear test a couple of weeks ago, I explained before hand that I'd had some pain in the pelvic area, and had streaks of blood in discharge a couple of days before my periods, for around 3 months now, which is unusual for me.
The nurse told me I had cervical erosion and it looked like a strawberry rather than the usual pink.
I'm so worried now that it wasn't erosion! The wait for the results feels like it is taking forever, if it is cervical cancer would the blood streaked discharge only happen around the time of my period? or would it be at any point? I know this can be a normal sign of a period coming however it is not usual for me.
