Posting here because to be honest I'm getting quite concerned. Back In January I started the progesterone pill, a form of birth control. My period lasted 2 weeks with it at first, I decided to come off only for a week and had a normal light withdrawal bleed lasting a few days. Went back on after a few days, everything was fine however I've just started bleeding, it feels like a period and is quite heavy with cramps. On my pill it suppresses ovulation so you're not meant to get periods until you come off. I'm thinking maybe when I came off for a few days I could have possibly ovulated, causing a period now. But it's heavy and birth control usually makes periods lighter, Im worrying there's something wrong. I'm 24
