Hi. I noticed this lump about 3 weeks ago and though nothing of it as I do heavy lifting in the gym.
It has been here for 3 weeks so I sent a photo to the docs to which they said considering where it is we do not think it's sinister however we need to book you on to see what it is. Then said next appoint is in another 4 weeks.
So now I worry for 4 weeks.
Anyone else seen anything like this before or can shed some insight as to what it may be?
It's not soft but not hard either if that makes sense.
I would say its on my soleus muscle
It disappears mostly when leg is rested then comes back when walking
