Complex Cyst

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a similar story to myself  and could give some guidance on what to expect next.

Abit of background information on myself is I'm 27 years old, I've got a daughter who I had at 24 weeks due to placenta eruption. I have had several miscarriage's. Considering these factors I have never been investigated for problems with my ovaries. Even with having irregular periods, back pain, extreme bloating, constant need to urinate.

I had an MRI scan for my Hip for other health reasons, however on the scan they discovered a cyst. I was sent for an Ultrasound to look into the cyst. To which then I was told on my left ovary I have PCOS but on my right ovary I have a complex cyst. They sent me for a CA-125 blood test which the results have come back high. I'm now having an urgent 2 week referral done to gynaecologist RAS team. I have very bad anxiety with my health due to being extremely poorly in hospital with sepsis last year. Do they beleive it could be cancerous? What do I expect to happen now within 2 weeks?

Thank you so much in advance!
