Two masses found

Hi everyone,

so I might be worried over nothing but here goes...

over the last 6 weeks I've lots of blood tests my feratin & crp levels have been extremely high. I went for an ultrasound on my abdomen & the following day the dr rang to say a mass had been found on my kidney & also mass on my adrenal gland. Dr has referred me for a ct scan but the hospital have said I have to wait 4 weeks ringing the dr on Monday.Has anybody else had masses found in these areas I'm worried sick  hopefully it's nothing but I've not felt right in myself for a couple of months

    Hi sorry to hear that you have such a long wait for a ct scan. I would contact your dr to see if they can expidite your appointment. I hope you have your appointment soon.

    I can understand this is causing some concern and I hope you're getting on OK. This kind of uncertainty and waiting for further information is never easy. It's good to hear you have an appointment booked, although with a bit of a wait. During this time try to keep busy and take things a day at a time to help keep your mind off the worries as much as possible.

    You mention you are calling the doctor also, so hopefully you will get an opportunity to talk through any questions or concerns.
