Swollen node that went away and has come back

Hi, 

I have a swollen lymph node on the back of my neck that I got check out a few months ago by a GP, she wasn't concerned as I had no other symptoms (night sweats, fever, weight loss etc) and the node actually seemed to go away, so I was put at ease. Just today I've noticed that it seems to be swollen again, the Gp told me they can swell up in times of stress or sickness, but I don't think I've really been stressed recently, I have had a headache and feel a bit tied today so maybe that could be it? I'm also a bit concerned as recently I've had a flare up of eczema on my hands and I've been reading that itchy skin can be a sign of lymphoma as well. 

Just wondering if anyone has had any lymph nodes that have swollen, then gone away, then swelled back up again? Should I be worried?

    I wasn't feeling too bad about this as the lymph node had shrunk previously and thought that was a good sign as read that lymphoma lymph nodes don't shrink, but have read today that follicular lymphoma can cause lymph nodes to shrink and come back, now feeling very scared :(.

    Unfortunately I think partly the issue you seem to be having is you've read a lot of information, about a lot of different things and likened it to your situation.

    I know it's hard, but you need to stay away from Dr.Google and wait for your own appointment to see what's happening. The internet doesn't know your personal situation and will only lead you even further down a very dark rabbit hole
