Hey!

so I found a lump last night, extremely worried

ive just moved last week so don't have a doctors, I tried to register at one last night but I don't know how long it will take 

i dont really know if I should ring 111 or find a walk in or wait till Monday to see if I can explain to the doctors I've tried to register with? 
 

I know I may be overreacting but I'm so worried already!
