Hello,
I'm just after some advice/reasssurance or simple to chat about todays experience. I found a lump in my right breast 5 weeks ago. Quite a sizeable lump, like the size of a golf ball. It was tender to the touch and no other symptoms, other than being awkward and very noticeable. I wen to my GP and was referred to the Breast clinic, of which I attended today.
I had my consultation, then went for a scan followed by the biopsy. I'm told they think it may be part cyst part mass but they are unsure. I'm nervous and worried but I don't want to worry my friends and family, so putting on a brave face.
What can I do to stay distracted? I'm an overthinker and I don't know what to do for the next 2 -5weeks.
Thank you
