I'm so worried pulled black lesion off leg it left black circle with red around by the time got to dermatology mth later skin had gone over it,dermatology saying skin would be pigmented and it's not scared it's melanoma roots please help
It's difficult to know what the lesion was now it's disappeared. Dermatologists know what they are looking at but if you are worried perhaps seek a second opinion at a different dermatology clinic. Do you have a photo of the lesion or how it looked before the skin grew back? If you do, show them to the second dermatologist.
It's not unusual for moles or lesions to scab and/or disappear if you are young. If the mole is suspicious and they've been picked off, they tend to grow back.
