I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some problems with your breast health and that you're due to have surgery later next week. it's understandable that you may be feeling anxious about things. 

I know we've had quite a few women post about duct excision here on the forum. This thread is the most recently active and you may find you can chat with other women who have had this surgery by posting on that thread. If you'd like to read some of the other posts you can find them by using the forum search function (magnifying glass in the blue bar at the top of the page) to look for the term "duct excision".

Hi my breast ducts we're cleared by having a breast reduction by a  NHS plastics surgeon. l had countless surgeries before without resolving the problem. The nipples were removed and resisted and l have a large v shaped scar under the breast from above they look fine. I'm pleased that l had the surgery as it solved most of my duct problems. They tried to take as many ducts as possible
