I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your question but I suspect there's no hard and fast rule about how quickly lymph nodes can take to grow to an abnormal size.

Hi cald I have been going through the same thing , did you get your results? I have one in my neck just under my jaw and one behind my ear which has never changed size but they do feel hard but I do have a cavity in my bottom tooth and saw online that could be the cause, I never got it checked out as I never had any symptoms I just thought it is nothing I’m 21 and I’ve noticed them there for at least 5 years also I think follicular lymphoma is rare at our ages and surely if it was that we would have symptoms or be I’ll by now.
