I am sorry you are having a tough time. As someone who has a general anxiety I sort of get where you are coming from. Use every coping mechanism you have up your sleeve and keep talking to us on here. I am not a therapist but one thing that worked for me was to allow myself to imagine the worst case scenario and I found while difficult at first it eventually lost a lot of power. I was full of procrastination when i needed to phone, thinking not knowing was better! It isn't. I paced, cried, reasoned, shouted, and basically worked myself into a proper mess!
