My urgent referral went to the hospital over the first week of Christmas . 
 

this means that they need to do the biopsy to rule out cancer within 2 months of the first referral the hospital at present is offering the middle of march just for the biopsy and no treatment if needed would have been carried out in this time . 
 

I gone to managers to address the issue and other memeber of the hospital team but no help what can I do if a hospital has called the 2 month deadline please who do I report this too and how long does it take to investigate please .
