Hi could anyone help to put my mind at ease??

I've been suffering from constipation on and of since September. I've had a colonoscopy which showed diverticulosis and internal hemorrhoids hence why I've been seeing some blood on my stools . I'm perimenopause also so my periods are all over the show . Lately I've been getting lower abdomen pain pelvic pain and alot of gas pains and cramping and bloating going on .

My question is I've had 2 transvaginal pelvic ultrasounds done and a lower abdomen/pelvic ct scan in the last 2 months and bloods done.( Haven't had the ca125 done though .) Would these tests I've had picked up Ovarian Cancer ? Could it have been missed ?
