I am coming up 4 years since I was diagnosed with stage 1 BC, had lumpectomy, radiotherapy and am taking letrozole. 10 months ago I had a hysterectomy, felt crap ever since. Had a CT scan in August which has shown a huge hernia. 
I've always struggled with breasy pain but it is really bad at the moment in left breast, cancer was in right. Have convinced myself it's come back, even though it's quite a regular thing for me.

Anyone experiencing the same, plus without my ovaries I thought hormonal issues would be a thing of the past, do I still have hormones, I'm driving myself insane Thanks for reading.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're dealing with a number of health concerns at the moment. It's understandable that you're feeling concerned about the breast pain that you're experiencing. 

    You may have already done this but the best way forwards is to get the breast checked. You can either contact your GP to arrange an appointment or you may be able to contact the breast care nurse team and ask for their advice. Pain isn't usually associated with breast cancer but either way, it's important to get things checked and to give yourself some peace of mind.
