Hi all,

I am going out of my mind with worry and anxiety over the 2 ww system. 
I had a ct scan for sinuses in December which showed a large mass post nasally. 
I have no symptoms of anything other than I have had a blocked nose for about 15- 20 years and I have a nasal voice. 
I then saw a private ent who said he felt it was large adenoids and nothing serious due to having it for so long and no other symptoms 

I had an mri and saw an nhs ent who did a nasal endoscopy and said I have very large adenoids which is very rare and he is concerned so wants me to have urgent biopsy under ga. 
he didn't say much else tbh his bedside manner wasn't the best so he said it could be something curable (I think possibly he was trying to say it may be nothing serious) 

He said he couldn't tell what it was from the mri and only way to tell was with a biopsy. 
now I have it in my head that this is the end of me as this doctor didn't say anything to make me feel calmer than this. 
has anyone has issues with enlarged adenoids
