Worried my high Calprotectin could be a sign of cancer

Hi everyone, so I have been suffering for 4 years now diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2020 by colonoscopy.

also have gut dysmotility and Gastroparesis, had a Nissan funduplication for Gerd in 2018 and hiatus hernia repair.

I have been in pain every day for the last 4 years acute abdominal pain with so many hospital trips, constipation most days and then some loose stools in between l, nausea (because I can't vomit since the op) but lately been close too, loss of appetite, weight loss, trouble swallowing food, sickness after food and pain too! It's like my stomach just doesn't want any food at all and rejects it .

My recent calprotectin was 227ug and I'm worried it could be cancer, had a scare on fit kit test back in 2020 but diagnosed Crohn's instead.
booked for another mri , colonoscopy and bile study pill in coming weeks been a year and half since last colonoscopy and I've just got worse. Pill camera failed twice even with metaclopramide injected pill did not leave my stomach for the 12 hours of filming !
also booked for another lot of Botox into the stomach valve soon so my stomach empties more freely but don't hold much hope as the two before injected into lower esophagus has failed and many trialed drugs !
whats everyone's opinion?
