Was in the hospital with a bad chest infection got home and my Dr called me to say my tests showed a few markers for Cancer and he's put me in for an urgent appointment to go through the Cancer pathway.

I've no idea what that actually means lost a  few members of my family to Cancer so I'm pretty worried about it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
