HPV positive and high grade (moderate) dyskaryosis

Hi I had my smear on the 6th January and received a letter yesterday to inform me I have hpv and high grade (moderate) dyskaryosis. On the same day I received a letter to go for let's treatment on Thursday. I had an abnormal smear last year which was hpv positive and low grade dyskaryosis, I attended a colposcopy appointment and the doctor took a biopsy which came back clear and I was advised to have a smear 1 year late which I did. My question is if my biopsy was clear last year why am I now high grade (moderate) dyskaryosis 1 year later? And why are they sending me straight for lletz treatment. What are the chances I have cervical cancer? I am terrified. I have 2 children. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
