Thyroid lump - swollen neck /glands

Hello, 

I am awaiting to see the consultant re a lump on my thyroid, it has been seen down the urgent suspected thyroid cancer route. This appeared suddenly, in the last week since initially seeing the doctor my neck on left side has become swollen and sore down my neck to collar bone and I'm feeling very anxious. Has anyone else has similar symptoms?

    My neck has become swollen and I have a lump on the front of my throat and unsure what it is..its sore and makes things difficult to swallow and i wheeze when breathing. This all appeared quite quickly. Still unsure what it is

    Hi,

     

    I currently have a swelling on my neck too, it's been Thier now for ,6 - 7 weeks, I did have slight pain along my neck down to my shoulder, that went away it swells big sometimes and other times it's no as big but it's always there. I now have numbness /achey feeling in my jaw Infront of my ear, scan is on Monday. Hopefully it's nothing serious. Keep us updated. And I hope you get a date for scan soon x
