BIA-ALCL - Fluid detected, could it be anything else?

I had a breast augmentation in 2014 and recently one of my breasts has become very uncomfortable, hard and swollen and some pain/aching. I went to my GP who referred me to the breast clinic where I had a mammogram and unltrasound. They told me that one of my implants had ruptured so I made contact with a surgeon who deals with reconstruction. During this time I realised I had the recalled Allergan textured implants, I made contact with them also. I've since had a MRI which confirmed that my implants have not ruptured but there is fluid in my breast and I need to go back for an ultrasound and they will drain the fluid and I assume take a biopsy. Obviously this fluid is a sign of VIA ALCL.  Strangely enough my breast is no longer swollen or hard but I can still feel "something" wrong.

Has anybody experienced the same and it's NOT turned out to be BIA ALCL?

Thank you.
