I am sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your results.This is always an anxious time. Unfortunately, you cannot read anything into the delay. Many clinics are behind schedule, as a result of Covid, staff shortages, pressure of work and the recet holidays.

You should hear something soon. If not, you could try phoning your consultant's secretary to see if they are back yet.
