Hello everyone, 

In early December after taking a shower I stood in front of the mirror and noticed both of my nipples had prominent dimples in the centre which I found very off and had never seen this before. I started monitoring this and taking pictures regularly to see if there were any changes. 
sometimes my nipples are red, scabbing and flaking, they are very flat unless cold or stimulated and I have small brown spots like moles appear around both nipples.I booked an appointment with my doctor and she examined me. She said that she was not really concerned but she couldn't see what I see every day because I was cold during the examination! I told her that I have also been experiencing pain in the side of my right breast.

she took a closer look with a light and she said she felt a breast mouse too, and that she wouldn't prescribe me anything she will just send me for a scan at the hospital and this will be able to check if I have cancer in my nipples. 
 

I felt a lot of discomfort in my breast after the examination and the pain seems to be more frequent now. really concerned incase it is pagets disease or another form of breast cancer :/ has anyone else experienced symptoms like this?
