Small pea sized lump below ear and under the corner of my ja

Hi,

Ive recently found a small hard lump that doesn't hurt just below my ear lobe. It's not moveable and I'm not getting any symptoms other than a feeling of a bit of pressure around my ear area.

I have recently been diagnosed with a pituitary tumor and when I was younger I had lymph nodes removed from my neck due to atypical Granulomatous lymphadenitis. So I do panic a bit when I find something unusual.

It's probably pea sized and you can't really see it visually, it's in the groove between where my ear lobe ends and the corner of my jaw. I do have overreactive lymph nodes but I've never had one in that area before. I don't feel unwell or as if I'm fighting an infection.

I was just wondering if it is worth me seeing a doctor over it or to leave it and see how it goes. I don't want to go if it is just a lymph node.

If anyone has had anything similar please get in touch.
