Is this ok

Hi everyone, new to this whole area of life, despite being a member of the Theatre Team in NHS.

But I need to know how this works, I think my partner has a lump in her breast, but I don't know how to have the conversation with her and I don't know if I can schedule a check up on her behalf.

Everywhere says speak to your gp, but we're in Manchester and she's still registered in London as she can't get it moved here, I haven't been able to either actually.

Do I have options? Or do I just need to try and find a way to ask her if she knows about it? I'm hoping as I'm sure everyone does it's nothing, but until then, it's a concern for me.

Thank you for any information you can share!

  • Hello

welcome , I can see that you are not registered in your area but something similar happened my daughter went to uni and was registered at uni address in a different area 4 hours away but when she came home her old practice saw her as she was previously registered from birth there's lots of practices will let you register and be seen within a few days , please get it checked most breast lumps are benign but best to get that leave of mind

    good luck
