Hi, I found a lump on the right side of my stomach & lost a lot of weight. GP did a urgent referral and put me on the suspected cancer pathway and I had numerous scans but my CT scan shown I have a nodual on my abdomen & one on my lung. They assured me it was nothing to worry about & to come back in 3 months for another scan. So I went for my repeat CT scan last week and they said you'll have your results in 7 days. I woke up on the 31st to a message saying URGENT please log in to see the letter. The letter says following receipt a URGENT referral has been made & we have booked you a URGENT appointment at the GASTROENEROLOGY department... the appointment isn't until the 14th of February but I thought if it was URGENT it should be done within 2 weeks? I am thinking all sorts & I am so drained and tired all the time. Has anyone ever experienced this? Thankyou xx
