Need some advice… 21 Female.

Hello everyone.

21 Female. I have been unwell for the best part of 18 months generally not feeling right and having symptoms on and off and countless infections. For the past 6 months I have suffered with a cough which is worse on a morning and night, back ache which the pain intensifies with alcohol consumption along with the feeling of a tight chest and pain in my head. The back pain in general without the alcohol consumption and on a day to day basis can follow with pins and needles in my feet and hands and sometimes numbness in my feet. I had a period of night sweats a few weeks ago where for a week straight my bed covers were wet through and I had to change every night. But just dismissed this due to it being a few weeks after I had covid and didn't know if it was due to that? No weight loss but also no appetite, persistent nausea, and a persistent cold for the past few months and a few nose bleeds which I have never suffered with.  The fatigue I feel is debilitating and I feel like I can't make it through some days as even the thought of getting up to make a drink feels like to much. I am at a complete lost on what to do. One of my tonsils has always been larger than the other so my left lymph node has always been significantly larger. I've had bloods done at the begining of the year which showed low iron but nothing else. I have searched my symptoms which I probably shouldn't of done and it comes up with lymphoma. I just need advice.

    Hi Amigo,

Merry Christmas and a very warm welcome to our forum.

I am sorry to hear about your symptoms and the distress that they are causing you. Consult Dr Google on just about any health condition, no matter how minor, and most of the results will have us running for the hills! There could be many less serious reasons for how you are feeling. The best thing you can do is to return to your GP with a list of all your symptoms, explain what you suspect and say how worried you are and ask for further investigation.

I sincerely hope that you come up with some answers soon. Please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx
