Swelling, heaviness over months & now pain?

Hello. I went to my GP after I had noticed my right breast changed quite a lot since August. I had seen very minor changes in aug and just wanted to monitor it to see if it went away with cycles etc.

I also had the stress of moving but noticed in November my right breast looked bigger, heavier and it felt like it had weight in it. Also my nipple looks like it's started to point downwards almost like it has a weight behind it.

2 weeks ago I noticed that I started to get a very weird pain in the breast, noticeably the part where it feels heavy.
now I know breast pain is not normal sign of cancer but if you've had symptoms for over 12 weeks, can pain develop as an add on symptom, not a primary one? I've never felt this kind of pain before.

I've posted here once before but I really can't think of anything else that would explain this big change in my breast that has continued to get worse and is not linked to my cycle. Has anyone had benign conditions like this? GP said she did feel thickening as well. She also noticed I had it on my other boob but From how she reacted not as badly or as painful. I really wouldn't be so concerned if I didn't look in the mirror and see such a massive and alarming difference. My Aerola is also much much larger than it ever has been and twice the size of my left.

I would say I'm cautiously concerned. I can't describe how I can tell something feels very off. I've also suffered with severe appetite loss, nausea and fatigue for the last few months as well. I eat one meal a day if that.
