Afternoon everyone,

I'm a 35 year old female.  I currently take microgynon30 21 days on, 7 days off. I have put on 5 stone since I had my little boy 3 years ago.

Recently I've noticed some changes in my breasts.  Red veiny patches on both breasts, occasional shooting pains in them and itchiness especially near my nipples.  Also, tenderness.  I have just started my 'period' I say that in inverted commas as I know it's not genuinely a period when on the contraceptive pill. 
The tenderness doesn't appear to have eased despite this!

I am concerned though that I have had a lot of breast changes in such a short period of time (the red veiny patches, itchiness and tenderness) and doctor google has me fearing all sorts such as IBC!!! 
 

I have a telephone ( :( ) appointment with my GP this evening but I fear I will just get fobbed off. If I do I think I might go private but have no idea where to go, I'm based in the North West!  I am really starting to worry about it now.  My fiancé thinks it's due to weight gain but given my other symptoms I can help fearing the worst!! Sometimes I look at the patches and they look lightish purple to me but then later on they don't, it's odd. 
 

Can anyone help? Sorry for the long post.  Hopefully it's all in my head and just my anxiety!!
