Worried, Bowel/Rectal Cancer Symptoms

I am feeling really anxious, I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease over 15 years ago. My last Colonscopy in April showed a lot of inflammatory polyps and a stricture. Biopsies came back clear however over the last couple of weeks, I have been passing bright red blood after my bowel movements. It is very visible on the toilet paper and on the stools.

I have just sent away a FIT test (blood visible in sample) however they are not sure this is my Crohns as I am in no pain and the IBD Nurse thinks the blood can't be coming from the area of my bowel where my Crohns is.

I have felt more tired this year, have lost weight this past month and I am not trying to lose weight. It is a dull ache in my lower back that keeps coming and going and feels more noticeable each day. Sometimes the dull ache goes to to the top of my thighs (dull pressure). Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?

I don't believe I have piles as I am not sore, have no itching and no tears/fissures as I have experienced this before a few years ago. This feels very different.
